Entry Requirements by Programme Level

Diploma Programmes

  • KCSE minimum C- (Plus)
  • C- for ICT, Health Sciences
  • Relevant subject grades
  • Certificate of Good Conduct for health

Certificate Programmes

  • KCSE minimum D (Plain)
  • KCPE holders may apply for bridging
  • Mature entry: 25+ years
  • National ID required

KASNEB Professional Courses

  • KCSE minimum C- for CPA/CS
  • ATC: D+ acceptable
  • Student membership required
  • KASNEB-approved centre

Short Courses

  • Open to all
  • Basic literacy in English
  • Computer basics for ICT courses
  • Minimum age 16 years

Eligible diploma students may apply for Higher Education Loans Board funding. Our Registrar's office offers full guidance on the application process.
